NPA President Nancy Pfeffer Moderates CEQA Panel, November 2008

On November 18, 2008, NPA President Nancy Pfeffer moderated a panel of experts discussing the topic of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA):  Is it helping or hurting the environment?  The lunch was a monthly meeting of the International Business Association, a council of the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.  Ms. Pfeffer is a board member of IBA.
