NPA to Evaluate Toll Impacts, April 2009

Network Public Affairs has been retained by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to help evaluate the MTA’s ExpressLanes demonstration project.  This project will convert two area carpool lanes to “HOT lanes” – allowing solo drivers to pay for use of the lanes – in a one-year trial starting December 2010.  NPA will be assessing the impact of the tolling on low-income commuters in the I-10 and I-110 corridors.
