NPA to Work on Second Freight Research Project, May 2009

NPA is part of a team led by Halcrow that will be conducting National Cooperative Freight Research Program (NCFRP) Project Number 11, Identification and Evaluation of Freight Demand Factors, for the Transportation Research Board.  NPA will organize a peer exchange workshop for the project to be held at the Beckman Center in Irvine.  Over the past year, NPA has been a member of a team led by Cambridge Systematics working on NCFRP Project Number 9, Institutional Arrangements in the Freight Transportation System.
