• Provide environmental and transportation planning services for the Gateway Cities Council of Governments.

• Studied success factors in freight institutional arrangements and convened a related conference for the Transportation Research Board under the National Cooperative Freight Research Program (as sub to Cambridge Systematics).

• Provide environmental justice analysis for the South I-710 EIR/EIS Corridor Study for Los Angeles County MTA and other project partners (as sub to URS Corporation and LSA Associates)

• Provided project communication services for the Pacific L.A. Marine Terminal project.

• Provided community outreach services during the development of the San Pedro Bay Ports’ Clean Truck Program (for a private client).

• Convened and moderated a one-day expert roundtable on alternative freight movement technologies for the South Coast Air Quality Management District.

• Researched highway toll projects for a private client.

• Prepared comments on a report on emissions mitigation for the Port of Long Beach (as sub to TIAX, LLC).                           

• Developed public outreach strategy and communication materials for alternative waste conversion technologies for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works (as sub to Cerrell Associates).

• Provided advisory services to the Port of San Diego in their development of a Clean Air Plan (as sub to ENVIRON).

• Wrote a grant application for federal funding for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro).

• Analyzed likely paths of industrial real estate development in various states for a private client (as sub to WCL Consulting).
